Our Bolingbrook facility is looking for a Logistics Operations Planner. In this role you would align with Customer Service to serve as regional planning support and escalation point for the region. You would be responsible for inbound product flow to the Supply Chain Hubs to meet customer requirements. Optimizes planning systems through master data governance and maintenance. You would also be responsible for key regional support for GSOP&E initiatives.

What You Will Do In Your Role

· Work with Network Optimization to review and deploy Product flow optimization

· Optimize Air/Ocean ratio for product flowing in and out of AME Supply Chain hubs

· Develop and implement new fulfillment models

· Support onboarding of new, key customers through review of customer requirements with all Logistics stakeholders. Coordinate implementation

· Plan and coordinate Logistics and Planning steps for outsourcing finished goods production and vendor acquisitions. Navigate teams to the right Logistics stakeholders and engage with the Network Modeling team.

· Perform planning and support function for drop ships, mode changes, and other tasks related to expedites and escalations.

· Govern and maintain Supply Chain Master Data.

· Work with Customer Service, PMs and other functional areas to optimize DSI and prevent/reduce S&E

· Collaborate with plants and Transportation to review and maintain transportation lead times. Communicate changes to all stakeholders

The Experience You Will Bring

· Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical discipline

· 2+ years’ experience in any business or technical function requiring the application of analytical skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

· Experience with SAP

· Understanding, experience, certification related to project management and / or Supply Chain

· Internal Use- 3 years of Molex Experience
