Persons employed in this position are responsible for, but not limited to, performing the manufacturing tasks necessary to efficiency manufacture quality products and maximize productivity through the creation or enhancement of equipment to ensure total customer satisfaction. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Will be responsible for the introduction of new project, the introduction of new project into the mass and can maintain the mass production and handle abnormal matters and keep production running smoothly 
  • Prepares new project documents (establishes BOM, label bar code system, production control system) and becomes familiar with the PFMEA process and fabrication 
  • Can create industrialization plan based on project mast plan, be familiar with ECN, management and implement on ECN 
  • Participates in customer verification and acceptance of a new project production line (trial-manufacture, tracking materials, tracking documents, identifying trial-manufacture arrangement with planning and production, summary of trial-manufacture report, and continuous improvement of production process). 
  • Be good at cross function team management, coordination and communication ability 
  • Manages customer relationship in the introduction phase of new project development 
  • Supports mass production, discovering process design, fixture problem and system file problem, and coordinating the analysis and solution with relevant engineering personnel 
  • Has good English and oral communication skills 
  • BS in Industrial, Control System or Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering disciplines 


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Have factory background in the electronics and have automotive industry experience will be priority 
  • Have at least three or five years relevant working experience. 
  • University or equivalent engineering, electrical or mechanical or related profession. 
  • Have experience or engagement in APQP, PPAP, PFME, etc. 
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and industrial engineering is preferred 
  • Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements. 
  • Be familiar with TS16949 / ISO14001/OHSAS18001 related system PMP 
  • Certification from the Project Management Institute will be perfect
