Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (“KAES”) is seeking a Analyst to join our CFO Team in 2022! Located at the Koch Industries Corporate Campus in Wichita, KS, this role focuses on transforming KAES’s knowledge systems and business processes. What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Leverage ERP/Trading knowledge to optimize business process and knowledge systems
  • Partner with diverse internal groups such as end-users, IT, finance, operations, and others to: create analysis, improve results, improve processes, and champion new solutions
  • Identify, recommend, and collaborate to implement process improvements, and manage change
  • Partner with users to define and discuss process needs and consider alternative solutions for optimal business decisions
  • Solve business problems, think economically, and understand business/financial impacts
  • Manage multiple requests/projects and communicate with customers regarding projects' statuses and priorities
  • Leverage KAES analytics toolsets (i.e. Tableau, Alteryx, Onestream)

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, IS or related Business field
  • Experience improving business data processes or financial systems
  • Experience leveraging data from enterprise-quality applications (i.e. Oracle EBS, Openlink Endur, SAP, Salesforce)
